Saturday March the 17th Melissa her husband Steve along with Cheryl Bradley (Director of Care Coordination) and her husband Russ attended the Center for the Arts “Bash in the Boro”. This is an annual fund raiser for the local Art Center. The food, the fellowship and the band was all wonderful. If you have never attended, you may want to consider coming next year!!

On March 16th, Melissa Warren was asked to participate in a panel discussion at St Paul’s Episcopal Church. The topics covered the benefits, eligibility, cost, payment sources, and necessary documents we all need to help our loved ones understand our wishes. The panelist included home care, assistant living, skilled care, and legal documentations. There was good information provided by all panelist. The legal document discussion seemed to have the most questions during the Q&A session.
Melissa Warren spoke at the Rutherford County Commission on Aging on Friday the 15th. She was one of 5 panelist speaking on the continuum of care. The topics covered home care, adult day care, assistant living, skilled care and documents we should all have to ensure our wishes are known to our family. This forum was taped by channel 3, hope you get a chance to see.
